Learning Needs की Screening, Assessment और Early Identification

Continue Reading Where you left off

Concept anchor — “देखना → समझना → support तय करना”

Exam lens —
Screening = प्रारम्भिक संकेत। Assessment = evidence की व्यवस्थित जाँच। Intervention = identified need के अनुसार teaching/support में response.

📝 Learning Evidence

Teacher अलग-अलग sources से evidence देख सकता है: classroom observation, oral responses, notebook/work samples, reading performance, छोटे tasks, questioning, peer interaction और समय के साथ progress. [3]

Evidence card — score

Learning Outcomes at the Secondary Stage

NIPUN Bharat guidelines foundational years [5]

Observe Screen Assess Support Evidence informs the next teaching decision

Process को rigid one-way staircase न समझें।

🏫 Classroom Situation: Teacher

NCERT की special education position paper early identification/intervention, flexible and accessible curriculum और appropriate assessment/evaluation procedures को inclusive education के साथ जोड़ती है।[6]

Teacher decision map

❌ “कम marks = lazy”
S = Screen for signs · A = Assess evidence · I = Identify the learning need/concern · R = Respond and review.

Exam Point — assessment

🧠 Practice Questions — Exam Style

नीचे दिए गए questions PRACTICE QUESTION IN EXAM STYLE हैं।

Question 1 — Classroom scenario
Question 2 — Concept check
A. Final diagnosis
Question 3 — Assertion–Reason
Question 4 — Comparison
A. Screening = final diagnosis; Assessment = punishment
D. Screening = intervention; Assessment = timetable
Question 5 — Case study
D. assessment

❓ FAQ

What is the role of screening in early identification of learning needs?

Is screening the same as diagnosis?

Why should a teacher use more than one assessment method?

What should a teacher do after identifying a learning concern?

What should I remember for screening assessment early identification learning needs DSSSB Notes 2026?
