Constitution → institutions + rights + governing principles → citizens’ participation and democratic government.
⚖️ Fundamental Rights:
Equality before law और equal protection of laws का constitutional framework Article 14 में है। [2]
Freedom-related provisions में Article 19 के freedoms, Article 20 criminal conviction से safeguards, Article 21 life and personal liberty और Article 22 arrest तथा detention से जुड़े safeguards को अलग-अलग पहचानना चाहिए। [3]
Right to Property को आज Fundamental Right मानना सही नहीं है।
🛡️ Fundamental Duties:
Constitutional democracy में rights, equality, participation, rule of law और accountable institutions आपस में जुड़े रहते हैं।
| Concept |
|---|---|
| Fundamental Rights | Constitutionally protected rights in Part III. |
| Fundamental Duties | Citizens’ constitutional duties under Article 51A. |
| Directive Principles | Governance-oriented principles in Part IV. |
Fundamental Duties = Fundamental Rights
📝 Exam Application: statement
नीचे दिए questions Practice Questions in Exam Style हैं; इन्हें verified PYQs न समझें।
Article 51A.
(A) Article 14 — (1) Equality before law; (B) Article 17 — (2) Abolition of untouchability; (C) Article 51A — (3) Fundamental Duties.
उत्तर: A–1, B–2, C–3.
⚡ Rapid Revision:
Participation, equality, rights, rule of law
