📦 Nature of Our Products

All products sold on ExamNotesPDF (PYQ PDFs, solved question banks, premium notes bundles) are digital, downloadable content. There is no physical shipment — access/download is granted immediately after successful payment.

✅ When a Refund Is Available

• You were charged but never received a working download link (technical failure on our end)
• The PDF file is corrupted, empty, or materially different from what was advertised on the product page
• You were double-charged for the same order due to a payment gateway error

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund or a corrected file, whichever you prefer.

❌ When a Refund Is Not Available

• Change of mind after successfully downloading the file
• Requesting a refund because you found similar content elsewhere for free
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

💳 How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s processed.
